Isabella's play how to build a wax figure was published with Methuen. It originated at the Pleasance and premiered with Assembly at Edinburgh Fringe supported with an Arts Council England grant where it received critical acclaim, was listed as The Stage’s ‘Best Shows of the Edinburgh Fringe’ and was shortlisted for the BBC/Popcorn prize.

 

Her play Jawbone was selected as a semi-finalist for the Bay Area Playwrights’ Foundation 2022 and the O’Neill National Playwrights Conference 2021. 

 

Other plays (Love Scenes for The End of the World, Persimmon, Things I Never Told The Stars, etc.) have been featured at Camden People’s Theatre, Bomb Factory Theatre, Portland Actors’ Conservatory, 24 Hour Plays: Nationals, The WorkShop Theatre, The Pleasance Theatre, Omnibus Theatre, The Egg Theatre, Orleans Gallery, Golden Goose Theatre, Theatre NOVA, Our Digital Stories, 

 

Isabella has been shortlisted for the Alpine Fellowship Theatre Prize, Papatango Prize, Bay Area Playwrights’ Foundation, and chosen as a San Francisco Chronicle Critic’s Choice.
